You're going to have many questions and needs. We'll help you get the answers beginning with a Relocation Package containing important facts and figures about your new home town. Access our Area Links  for education, government, motor vehicle and driving requirements, state and local taxes, schools, medical facilities, recreation (including our great Kansas City professional sports teams if you desire), Kansas City barbecue and a great deal more valuable local information! Special Needs?

We'll even help by investigating any unique needs your family may have such as:  school nursing knowledge of special needs children, special education, special medical facilities, child care, elder care and employment for you and/or your spouse

You'll be assisted with:

Making hotel arrangements, scheduling appointments at schools, medical facilities, etc., if necessary. We will be happy to coordinate your home finding trip.

As part of the pre-trip preparation, we will have a loan officer get in touch with you to chose the appropriate financing.  A  pre-approved buyer has more weight in a double offer situation on one property. Getting this out of the way frees up your time for house hunting and enjoying your new surroundings.

When you arrive to look for your home you will:

Be taken on a guided tour to learn about services and amenities in your chosen community. You will also visit neighborhoods and homes that fit your family's needs in a relaxed and easy way to help relieve your stress while accomplishing those all important decision making goals of your trip.

Once you've found your home you will:

Have expert help in negotiations, assistance arranging inspections and the entire transaction will be monitored with progress reports to you.  If necessary we will arrange for an out of town closing or join you at the closing table locally.
