Knowledgeable Professional
Realtors
The phrase, "Knowledge is Power" has never been more obvious
than in a career in Real Estate. In this business, those with the knowledge
to assist buyers or sellers to a successful close means more than sticking
a sign in the yard or showing property.
Knowledgeable agents are those with skills to negotiate a transaction in the best interest
of their client. It is knowing who your fiduciary is and what that means.
It does not necessarily mean to be at odds with the opposing side,
in fact, a good working relationship between Realtors can result in successful
negotiations.
Here at Home Professionals Realty, new Realtors enter into
a field training program. This program
involves a new associate partnering up with an experienced associate,
called a mentor. The rookie and
mentor stay paired up for the first 90-180 days of the rookie's career.
The mentor's goal is to help the rookie close a minimum of 3 escrow's
in the first 90 days of business. During this time, Realtor's take
CREST Sales Training at KCRAR (Kansas City Regional Association
of Realtors) authored and taught by Jan Pringle, the Education Director for
KCRAR and a popular sales training veteran of 23 years. This is real sales training, offering insight into
prospecting, presentations, negotiating, marketing, personal promotion and
more.
Hands on training with our broker
- Penny meets with different associates to discuss a transaction, an upcoming
listing appointment, marketing strategy, a rough situation, or simply to
chat. Making herself available to her associates is natural to Penny.
Being able to walk into her office, call her cell phone or home phone
is a perk The Home Pros don't deny is advantageous.
In addition to this, our professional Realtors have National
trainers and local KC Regional Association of Realtor programs to keep
them abreast of ever changing laws and trends. We are only a click
of the finger away from instant technology and information. Whether
you chose to be a Workforce
Housing Specialist
, an ePRO
